What is FanPass+?

How do I book a video chat?
Browse our list of creators, select the one you want to meet, choose an available date and time, and confirm your booking. Once confirmed, you’ll receive everything you need to join your live session.
Which creators are available?
Our platform features a growing selection of creators across multiple categories, including influencers, streamers, musicians, actors, athletes, and more. New creators are added regularly.
What do I need to join a video chat?
You’ll need a computer or a mobile device such as a phone, iPad, or tablet. If you’re joining from a mobile device, you can use the Riverside app for the best experience. Once your session is booked, we’ll send you a link to join your video chat.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel a booking based on our cancellation policy. Simply visit your account page, select your upcoming session, and choose the reschedule or cancellation option.
What if the creator I want isn’t on FanPass+ yet?
If your favorite creator isn’t available on FanPass+ yet, you can request them through the “Request a Creator” feature on our website. We use these requests to reach out and invite creators that fans want most.
