What to Expect
Confirmation & Details
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need — including the date, time, and the Riverside link for your video chat. You’ll also see your booking inside your FanPass+ account.
Prepare for Your Chat
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a working device such as a computer, phone, iPad, or tablet. If you’re joining from a mobile device, download the Riverside app ahead of time for the best experience.
Join the Session
When it’s time for your scheduled chat, simply click the Riverside link from your email or account. You’ll be connected with your favorite creator and enjoy your one-on-one video chat.
